We are not a flat-pack supplier. We are not a national franchise. Garden Room London is a small team of designers, surveyors, carpenters and electricians who have spent the last decade building garden rooms across the capital — one bespoke project at a time. The result is hundreds of happy homeowners across North London, Hertfordshire and the wider M25, many of whom now refer us to friends and neighbours. We launched gardenroomlondon.com as a dedicated London-focused brand because the city has unique requirements — narrow access, conservation areas, restrictive boundary lines, mature gardens. The expertise needed to deliver in Hampstead is different from what's needed in rural Hertfordshire, and our London team has earned that expertise on the ground.

Our Story
Pecasa was founded in the early 2010s by a small group of construction specialists who saw a gap in the UK garden building market: too many providers were selling cheap, poorly-insulated buildings as "garden rooms" — buildings that worked in summer but became damp, cold and unusable by November. We set out to build the opposite: properly engineered, fully insulated, year-round usable buildings, finished to the same standard as a high-end home extension.
Today, Pecasa is recognised as a Made in Britain member, with builds across London and Hertfordshire that have been performing flawlessly for 8+ years. Garden Room London brings that same standard to the capital, with the responsiveness and local knowledge of a dedicated London team.
